We built PitLog because we're car guys, not data brokers. We collect the bare minimum needed to help you track your build and save your "Car Guy Math" wins.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. This is strictly for account creation — your Camaro blueprint stays in your garage, not anyone else's.
Any car details, build entries, blueprint items, race data, or photos you upload. This content belongs to you.
If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes your payment. We store only your email and subscription status — we never see or store your card number.
Basic analytics (like which features are most used) so we can improve the app. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.
Your build logs are yours. We don't sell your data to insurance companies, advertisers, or anyone else.
We only send transactional emails (like account confirmation or receipt notifications) via Resend. No marketing blasts.
The Ghostwriter feature (Pro only) can scan your Gmail inbox for order confirmation emails to automatically draft build entries. This requires you to explicitly grant Gmail read access during the Ghostwriter setup flow — it is not requested at sign-in.
We use the following services to operate PitLog. Each has its own privacy policy linked below.
Supabase
Database & user authentication
Google (OAuth & Gemini AI)
Sign-in and Ghostwriter email parsing
Stripe
Payment processing (Pro subscriptions)
Cloudflare R2
Photo storage (build photos you upload)
Resend
Transactional email delivery
Sentry
Error monitoring (helps us fix crashes)
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Email support@pitloggarage.com or use the feedback button in the app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
